Try to get a name from the person or a least the location of the seats. The box office staff can sometimes do a search on the seats and see if they were leagally purchased and they can give you a seat locator. I would call the box office of the theatre and tell them your story. That would be a good place to start.

Not much you can do now. Concert tickets on eBay are one of the biggest scams going. Ebay know this but dont try and do much to stop it. Unfortunately its people like you who buy in good faith who get ripped off.
I presume you have contacted the seller? You dont say how long ago you bought them but there is a time limit for claims for money back.
I wish you luck but I dont hold out too much hope for you, I have seen too many of these scams over the years.

Earlier in year?! How long ago did you buy them? If it's that long ago, you should have already contacted the seller or opened a dispute against them.
You may still do so.
You probably won't get the tix in time but at least you might get your money back.

If you have contacted the seller and you have not had any satisfaction, you should start a dispute. If you paid by paypal they will take care of it. But as far as I know the dispute has to be started within 45 days (approx) of the purchase.

You need to contact eBay.

I hope this works out for you, but I don't fancy your chances. I hope you (and others reading this question) will take this on board and stop buying tickets on eBay because all it does is encourage the ripping off of us punters and the giving of money to dirty scalpers who don't deserve it.
