Simply go to www.un.org then click on the employment tab and check if there is an opening for your background and education. If yes then complete the php (something like a CV) and apply for the post.
Or go to the second link in my post and check if your country is in the list and if you fullfil the requirements. If so then apply for a junior professional position. It is not easy to go this way because of the amount of candidates and the examination level.

Well shouldn't be hard. Apparently the standards aren't real high for becoming an architect in the US. Just throw out your common sense and be able to draw pretty pictures and your in....
