My Favourite Month of the Year is September
In this part of the world it is Spring (we are into our first week here)
The Flowers are in bloom, there is a freshness in the air
The Magpies come back to show us there new families, and I hand feed them on the back verandah,
The kookaburra,s sit on the fence and laugh at them.
Its Hot enough to take a swim. or a walk along our beautiful white sandy beaches, or sit down by the lake and watch the sail boat races ...then.. after a perfect day
Have a BBQ and a beer with close friends
& ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!

September, as the kids are back at school, I can cope much better with the weather which I love this time of year. The trees are lovely when they change colour and the television is much better. I can get more done as I am not to hot and the family has more of a routine.

i am a winter person so it would have to be december, the reason given would be its cold out side when your warm inside, you can snuggle up in front of the fire, drink hot chocolate, have pretty decorations surrounding you with light, the good films on telly to watch, go out for a winters chilly walk, go in and heat up with a nice cup of hot tea and its dark early so the children are in doors safe and warm too, that would be my favourite month of the year.

I love October. One because I was born in that month. And two because the scenary gets very pretty in New England when the leaves start to change. Plus Halloween is in October and that is one of my favorite holidays.

I love May because it's when the summer begins but I like the smell of September too though because the air is lovely and crisp and Christmas is only around the corner!!

I love September. It's the time of year when it's not too hot and not too cold. All the trees are starting to turn colors and it's just really cool.
It's also the month of my birthday but that doesn't really matter much.

october - cos the big heat (if/when we get one) is gone, there's a lovely crisp smell in the air, the colours are gorgeous outside, and the light isnt so 'fluorescent', it's a softer golden glow to the sun.
april - everything is new and fresh and a green that you only get in springtime, birdsong, new life, baby animals, blossoms, optimism.
