Try cleaning them. If they are worse instead of better tonight, try replacing the earrings with one of the starter pair you got with a previous piercing. You know those didn't affect you then, so they should be ok. If they're not starting to get better in a day or so, you'll have to take them out entirely.

When I was like 12 I got my ears pierced for the 3rd time and I had problems with mine too. I didnt take them out cause people told me to just keep cleaning it and it will be fine. Yeah a few days later I had to use a pair of tweaser and pliers to get my ear rings out it ws painful as well.
So If your ears ares swealling up and such TAKE THEM OUT! Dont try to replace them with other ear rings. Then if you got them done at a piercing shop then go back and tell them ASAP and they will re-pierce them for you and usualy for free.
If you had a friend pierce them for you, take them out.wait a week or so then have them re-pierce them for you but dont use the same ear rings.

You may just need to clean them. However if your symptoms are itchiness and swollen your are most definitely allergic and must take them out and buy some new ones
