To call law saying I am harrasssing her when in fact all I do is go to work and home, WHY DO I MEET ALL THE NUTZY PEOPLE? Anyway what to do this may escalute to violence on my person due to people believing her and then trying to defend her quote honor LOL. More on my 360 page this has been an ongoing process that has hurt me badly. We weren'y married but I have a ring I was going to give to her.

DO NOT CONTACT HER, she is trying to provoke a response. This is very petty and while im sure it hurts you, dont let her fool you into anything. Seek your own legal action if you need to. Get witnesses, make hard copies of all emails and blogs, and save recorded messages. Dont give her the ring. Just because It was supposed to belong to her doesnt mean she still needs to have it. Sell it, dont re-use it. Dont allow it to escalate to violence, she isnt worth that much. Try to get your mind off of it, when you calm down you will be able to think more clearly so that you can win the battle.

Do you want this lady in your life or not??? One way or the other. (YOu were going to give her a ring, yet you want her gone ---- what ARE you thinking????) If you want her gone, ignore her. If she sends you and e-mail, delete it. She wants your attention, any attention, and you are giving it to her. People like this don't even care if the attention is negative, just so they get attention. Don't bother to take out a restraining order, that's just more attention, and it would be an encouragement. It may be that YOU want the attention from her????? Then you both have a problem...a love-hate relationship -- sorta sick too, if this is the case.
Again, like I said, if you REALLY want her gone, pretend she does not exist. Actively find yourself another lady, sir, if you really do mean what you say. All this looks sorta childish --- the old saying "I hear what you say, but I see what you do, and I believe the latter". If all this stuff is hurting you, delete the hurt --- after work, find other people to spend time with, put up a personal ad on Yahoo or Match.com. Get serious about finding someone else, or stayed bogged down in this mess......

DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and go to the courthouse and get a restraining order.
Just make sure that you DOCUMENT EVERY phone call (get your phone records) and print ALL emails.
Send her a certified letter stating that you DO NOT want any contact with her. Site instances when she contacted you and tell her that it is unacceptable. Tell her that you will take legal action if the harassment doesn't stop.
Just make sure you send it certified so she has to sign for it.

get a restraining order against her, and get an answering machine to screen all your calls, if she is calling your cell, the police can get a copy of the call records showing whether it was an incoming or outgoing call, be sure to log all call times for court ... and if she does it again, they will charge her with filing a false police report ... she's looking for jail time
