I'm from UK originally and loved the school dinners - main meal and dessert. It freed up time at night for my parents, as they didnt have to cook (except at weekends), it saved them money they didnt have much as there were 6 of us kids. It taught me how to eat a balanced diet and to want it sometimes as an adult. It taught me manners and how to socialise at the dining table.
I live in Australia now and the schools dont have that. They do have a place to buy pasties/pies/cakes, sweets etc and kids prefer junk food that costs a lot. The alternative is soggy boring sandwiches...which kids would prefer to starve than eat. Parents dont cook normal food as much because they never got to love it, as the fast food industry took over.
Obesity is becoming as much of a problem here as anywhere and fast food is the norm. So...in MY society....I would like school dinners to be introduced and to get rid of tuck shops in schools.

Eradication of poverty , not by doles, but by enhancing employment opportunities, in my country i.e India (one of the most populous contry), where nearly 1/3 population (i.e every third person by the most conservative estimate) lives below poverrty line i.e they do not have two square meals to eat. In my opinion most of the country's porblems, including corruption, communalism etc., are rooted in this abject poverty and dehumanizing unemployment and under employment.

The whole racism thing. It is so outdated. Why is it such a big deal for real and it seems to be only here in America

Racism isn't just in the USA, I hear from a lot of people in my company that they find the UK one of the worst for it.
So get rid of that for a start....
