Considering that you can get a brand new desktop with technology that trumps whatever's in that machine by at least tenfold for $349 - I wouldn't charge. I'd donate it to a charity. In fact, we at Wheat frequently donate computers to charities that are less than 6 years old.
I guess when it comes down to it, charge as much as some sucker is willing to pay.
But it's basically worthless. Maybe $75? That's fair for the parts.

I like HP Pavilion computers, but i have to say technology doubles about every 18 months therefore im sorry to say but 25.00 is about right. Im not sure who will buy such an old computer. People can buy a new computer now days for around 300.00 and it will blow your 6 year old computer away. In short either give it away or charge less than a hundred dollars depending on any upgrades you may have done to it.
Hope this helps.

Six years old? You'll be lucky to find someone that will accept it as a donation...I had a five year old PC and none of the schools would accept it cause it didn't have enough RAM or ROM to run the current generation software...finally had to throw it in the trash!
