Yes, you can take it, but there are better medicines out there that don't contain the alcohol. My coworker is 36 and high-risk, but was allowed to take Nyquil for a severe cold.

Nyquill is NOT recommended, since it is a category C agent which means that it could be harmful to the fetus.

As far as I know there are very few safe medications you can take while pregnant. Definately ask your doctor what he wants you to take. I had severe bronchitis during my first pregnancy and I had 3 medications I was allowed to take. Don't ever take anything without talking to your doctor first.

Is it for a cold/flu or just to help you sleep? If it's for sleeping, you CAN take Unisom throughout your pg, but it can NOT be the extra-strength formula. It has to be the small blue, oval-shaped one.

I don't think so, but you need to ask your doctor before taking any medicine. You don't want to hurt the baby in any way.

No but you can take a little bit of Benadryl but ask your doc before taking i don't know how much you can take

no way. youre not even supossed to take anything for headaches, etc. i would call your dr to see what your other options are if youre not feeling well, but i would not risk it if were me. id just ride out the sickness. sorry :(
