If one of my best friends calls me and wants me to decribe my dress for the ceremony and after I reply her , if she tries to find same dress and buys it and after all those things if she tries to act like she is innocent, do I have a permission to kill her in the graduation ceremony/party?

Do this: Tell her your wearing very little , if anything .. under the graduation gown...
Then she will do the same (being naked)...
Then... wear something that you like and show it off and make sure you let everyone else know that she is wearing nothing too!
Having a sense of humor about it will get the message across in a positive way. Your friend will get the message loud and clear on this one, if she falls for it.

Unless you want finish the party at the local jail. Just try to deal with it and know that you look better than her in the dress or buy the same style dress in another color.

If it happened to me, I would accessorize in a way to distinguish myself... of copy her precisely, so I can get pics and later claim we pretended to be twins.
Keep in mind that you may see very little of your best friend once life pulls you apart. Killing her isn't the only way to put her behind you...
And don't give details about your outfit if being copied worries you so - just tell you want it to be a surprise...

Yes you may kill her and you will get away with a formal police caution.
The reason is that this is such a serious crime/mental cruelty/total bitchiness the police wouldnt even recommend going to court.

yes kill her by making her eat the damn thing.... cleverer tactics would be to describe the grossest dress possible and tell her where to buy it. ~then give her a wink at the ceremony.

i understand tt cus my friend did the same thing to me. for as long as she keeps quiet for the party, avoid staying to close to her. if anyone asks why u both turned up in the same dress, tell them honestly. if she lies, turn the tables on her and show everyone the msg she sent to u.

ohm yes if she intentionally tries to find the same dress then yes be very pissed. but if it is an accident or you have both already bought it. move on. youll have on drapes anyway.
