Your questions bring bile to my mouth! But hey, what else is new? I douubt very much that the tape will be released and thus you will not find a clip of it.

Since you seem to be good at being rude, why don't you write his wife and children and ask them if you can have a copy of the tape.

Steve Irwin Death Video

I think these people are trying to sound like they care more than anyone! If you look at all the research that they have done on the searches that people are trying to find the video you would be amazed. I along with you am waiting for the video to come out also. And I also found an article saying that the family wants to show the video, because steve wanted it that way i think...so to all you people that are giving this person greif...because they are being heartless, it's just curiousity and obviously the family doesn't mind people seeing it...and the video is not destroyed yet, the manager only wants it destroyed, that doesn't mean it will be, fam's choice i think!

I was looking for it too. It's human nature and it's probably something that he would of wanted anyway. He was nuts and people watched his shows to see if something bad might happen. It's like NASCAR, people watch other people take their lives in there own hands. They want to see race car drivers crash. Why? Human nature. Humans are a strange species. Anyone who drives buy a car accident always takes a peek. What's the difference? Because he was famous. If it were some nobody, no one would even think twice if there was a video. Who cares if someone wants to see the video. Death is life. Steve Irwin took one too many chances. It's his own damn fault and he's the one that brought this on his family and not anyone who wants to watch the video. So, if you find the video please let me know. And for everyone else who thinks that's sick.......well...too bad.

c'mon people, all he said is that he heard there's a video out there. he even appologized for offending anyone.Stop jumping on him- we live in a morbid society. People go to the races in hopes to see "awesome" accidents- and people ALWAYS slow down at car accidents to see if it's major- it's just the society we live in. Everyone has a touch of morbid curiosity. It's just human nature. So lay off, KINDLY answer his question, and move on.
What happended to Steve Irwin is a tragedy, and I don't think he would approve of everyone arguing over it.

I do have a question. the orig. person is just human right? i too would want to see the video. not for entertainment value but to see exactly what happened.

let me know if i am wrong but the news showed what happened on 9/11 over and over on tv and people wanted to see what happened and footage. i know that 9/11 was a tragety and i cry almost everytime i see something about it.

so if we as humans want to watch that why is it so sick that people would want to see this video??? I think they should do a tribute to steve and what he wanted because he had stated in an interview that if anything happened to him when they were filming, he would want everyone to see it!!!

To everyone who's saying this guy is nuts for wanted to see this, read on...

Steve purposely put himself in dangerous situations with the confidence that nothing bad would ever happen. Why did he do this? a.) Because he loves wildlife b.) to entertain people worldwide c.) to make a boatload of money.

Why would someone want to view this?
- Because they found it entertaining/exciting to see a man put himself at the face of death numerous times. Sure this guy's death is tragic, but you don't think it would be interesting to watch this video?

Also, this was Steve's life, and at least he died doing something he loved... and I'm almost positive he would want the world to see the video.

Well contrarely to most silly people here, I understand the feeling.
I'm a fan of steve irwin and I saw all his tapes, I would like to see it to see how a great guy like him died so ironically to a generally unagressive creature.
It's a way to respect him by respecting his death.
I'm not a sick guy and I wouldn't get any pleasure out of seeing it.

To answer the question I think it won't be shown, out of respect for his family which is understandable.
Steve Irwin, RIP.

Possibly one day, according to hollywood.com.

"Media reports suggested Irwin's family is determined to respect his last wishes and allow the harrowing footage to be broadcast.

Irwin once insisted, "My number one rule is to keep that camera rolling. Even if it's shaky or slightly out of focus, I don't give a rip.

"Even if a big old alligator is chewing me up I want to go down and go, 'Crikey!' just before I die. That would be the ultimate for me."

I agree that his wishes should be respected. If he knew the risk of his job but loved it so much that he would make that statement I think that for those that wish to see what happened for whatever their reasons should be able to and if you never want to see it don't look at it. Death on this earth is inevitable so why make a big stink about who wants to see what happened. We already know what happened and can probably get a visual picture of what it looks like. So for those that can handle seeing it they should if it is available and they want to. I personally loved what Steve Irwin represented (which was the respect for nature and life) and was a big fan of his. But one of the biggest laws of nature is that we must leave our bodies behind to experience eternity. I don't think people should get so hung up over the shell that God chooses for our spirit to dwell in but more in keeping that person's spirit alive the best way we can.

God bless us all.

Its going to be hard to find because of how weak and censored the united states has become. Just like all the people here that flip out because you want to see it. It is the truth of what happened. If you take out everything that might offend someone then you don't have the truth any more now do you?

Any thing you find on USA today or anything like that will be censored and not worth watching.

The Australian press has a poll going seeing how people are feeling if it should be revealed. There is a video but it has not been made public. A verbal witness of the video was given with the Australian abc affilitate at: http://www.abc.net.au
and the Sidney newspaper: http://www.smh.com.au

A very sad loss to conservation, children, and the rest of us.
