I think spider man would win agains't Beast.
They are probably very evenly matched in strength and acrobatics. However spidey has his spider sense, so beast could never get the drop on him, and spidey also has his webs to slow beast down or trap him with. Beast is a good match for spidey, but he just doesn't have anything to counter spidey's extras.
If beast had time to figure out a way to counter spidey's webbing I think it would be even closer but just a straight up fight, spidey would take him. Spider man also has much more experience in battle than the beast. He's been slugging in out with super bad guys for many years, while beast spends a lot of time working on science projects, and not as much time fighting evil villans.

I ,love this battle. Whoever knows anything about power stats. They are both practically equal in strengths and speed. Beast is smarter but Spidey has the web. I think the web would be the only thing that gives spidey the upper hand in this one.
So Spidey would win after a long hard battle.

Both extremely agile. But i would say spidey as long as web shooters werent empty.
