Go into an opticians shop, go up to the counter...squint at all the glasses they have on show there and then ask "Can I have aquarter pounder with cheese please"
It annoys them everytime...anyone else got any similar suggestions?

Go in to a Toys 'R' Us (if they still exist) and arrange a full-scale war between the X-Men toys and the Barbie toys.
Go in to a housing shop and set all the radio/alarm clocks to go off in ten-second incriments. Set the radio as loud as it can go and tune it in to a crappy jazz station.
Get a job working in a hospital and annoy your boss by screwing around on Yahoo! Answers instead of doing any work.

Go into a computer store and install all sorts of strange screensavers on the showroom computers. Lock these up with a password and then leave.
Come back around closing time to see what is going on.

When asked to recite the bottom line on the eye chart, say "Made in China". Since they have only heard that on average 3 to 4 thousand times, they will pummel you about the face, and over dilate your eyes.

Sure. When you are leaving the shop, preferably wearing glasses; walk out slowly, whilst groping for something to hold on to. Make as if you are almost blind and just managing.
Alternatively come out, holding a dog bridle and calling for your (non-existant) dog.
