Yes it could, spotting can happen during implantation. But several other things can make spotting occur as well, not just pregnancy. Just stop worrying and take a test, that will give you peace of mind!

If you just had your period 18 days ago, RIGHT NOW Is the time that you could actually BECOME pregnant, so the bleeding is not likely a sign that you ARE pregnant. You could have an infection or it could be just a fluke, nothing to worry about. It's always a good idea to have a doctor check you out anyway. By the way, if you have just recently started taking a birth control pill, that could cause some bleeding, too.

The bleeding could have been caused by ovulation since that normally occurs about 14 days after your cycle starts. Sometimes the surge in estrogen that preceeds ovulation causes spotting/bleeding. Did you have unprotected intercourse within the week after your period? The only way to know for sure is to take a test.

You need to get a pregnancy test to tell. I had a friend in the Army who had her period every month, and she found out she was 6 months preg. You need to go get tested. This is not a joke. She did P.T. every day, and just gained a little weight. Every preg. is different for each child, and each person.

Why don't you make an appointment at a doctor rather than ask stragers on the computer who could be just who they claim to be or could be some teenage boy with zits and no clue how to answer you.
