yup! I had a lot of that. Ginger or Tums are good for nausea. It can get better or worse, too.

yes i am three months and just getting over the morning sickness. I rarley threw up but was sick to my stomach ALL day long. Try sucking on peppermints and sipping sprite. If that doesn't work try sipping a coke. Take sips dont gulp it down that may make u sicker. Keep crackers by your bed and eat a few BEFORE you rise out of bed even if u are not sick this will help decrease the nausea for your whole day. Good luck and dont worry it will get better.

yes, but I have something to help in both parts of nausea or throwing up. Popcorn, yes you read right popcorn, very light or no butter and little to no salt. This will absorb the extra stomach acid produce from being pregnant and is great when you have the flu. The reason you get sick or feel sick is because your body is trying to rid itself of the foreign object in it. Your body will try to rid of colds, flu's, and anything that is not normally there. Which is why a woman goes through a series of different phases during pregnancy. slight pains, morning sickness, constant urination, headaches, tiredness( try a little mint to help with that) , back aches, weariness. You'll be just fine!!!!

I felt this way all the time. You are normal. I found that eating thigns with Ginger helped me. Ginger snaps, ginger ale/beer (both are non-alcoholic), little candies, crystalized ginger etc. I also found that if I drank really cold water, I'd feel better too.
Good luck.

Oh yeah. I gagged through my entire 2nd pregnancy. Your senses are so heightened...saying the word "congeal" would make me gag....the sight of chicken would make me gag...it was horrid. Invest in some Saltine crackers, and just keep nibbling. Good luck and Congrats!

yes you can, with my son, some things I would smell made me queasy but I never threw up. Mints help with upset stomach if you can't handle crackers.
