Hi, are there any software on the net that is able to pronouce english text? And also free to download. Thanks, want to learn english.

Most of the voices/sound from the speech synthesizers are mechanical and robotic sounding. If you are want to learn english, i would suggest you listen to the radio or tv broadcasters.
