You have quoted an email address. If it's your email address then you can set it as the default for your membership of a Yahoo group and any messages from that group will be delivered to that address.

If it is not your address, then it belongs to somebody else and obviously you can't use it as your own. If you want to contact the person with that address, then simply email them.
