I feel especially qualified to answer this querry.
The obvious answer is.... anything that I am not.
(I am a white, male attorney -- which by itself proves that I am a likely candidate to be an ignoramus. The dictionary says ignoramus is an ignorant lawyer.)
It also points out why Capital Hill is such a mess. It's largely run by people just like me.
