You didn't mention which state you are in. Some states have their divorce records online. You might try this link: http://www.genlookups.com. It's for genealogy research, but it does have links to online divorce records. If you need help to use it, message me.

as long as u know the date of divorce the court should b able 2 retrieve this from the archives 4 a nominalfee. lawyer could however give notarized statement on divorce action. even lawyer should have archives 2 pull this out 4 u. if lawyer does not help u then call the law board and they will tell him to get this proof 4 u. good luck on the new coming marriage. r u sure there was a divorce...maybe he was a bigamist. unless u had copy of same.

You could always ask your ex if he has his. I would go down to the city hall and have them look again. The papers have to be there, perhaps they are lost or misplaced. I am not sure what state you live in, but most states require the DATE of the divorce not the actual papers. Good luck!

In physics isn't there a regulation that states each and every action HAS AN equivalent AND OPPOSITTE reaction?? for this reason if there replaced into no preliminary action, evoloution does no longer exist.... Cool! Existential questions:)

The marriage certificate would have been filed in the county where you were married. Contact the county clerk's office.
