an expectation deviation that distinguishes between the strength of an out come and it's antogonist or protaganist. as the enemy was under estimated and defeated his opponent or to create an estimate without enough data thereby creating a disadvantage in the performance of a task ,as he underestimated the amount of gas it would take to get to the doctor or an inequivelency in expectation as he underestimated the surprise the joy that Cristmas gave him even though he had been through many before this also to be surprised by an event or situation

I'm not sure but every mechanic and contractor I hire seems to underestimate. I guess that I overestimate their ability to estimate accurately, which means I underestimate their penchant for underestimating.
