People may be more afraid of stingrays, but considering all the dangerous creatures Steve Irwin handled I doubt it.

Ask Your self what would Steve Irwin want.
He love all animals and nature.
He new the risk factors and would not put blame on them for defending them selves.
What every one should be doing other than thinking about condemning this beautiful creature, They should be praying for Steve's children, Wife and Family to get through this terrible tragedy

Yeah. He replaced into pierced via the chest with the tail of an human being stingray. Their tale barbs should be as lengthy and sharp as kitchen knives. some human beings have suggested he replaced into poisoned, yet when he replaced into stabbed in the chest he ought to have died from blood loss before the poison ought to take effect. There are comments coming from Australia that he replaced into attacked, notwithstanding it sounds somewhat humorous - they generally go away human beings on my own except they experience very threatened, and Irwin generally is definitely-known with of straightforward methods to act round animals. in reality that is the first stingray fatality on account that 1945, and actually the third in Australian historic previous. between the worst factors is curiously his spouse Lyn nevertheless would not comprehend because she is mountain trekking in the distant critical highlands of Tasmania and ought to't be contacted.... Seeya, Steve. God Bless. relax in peace.

That is not the way Steve would of wanted it. How many croc's bit him and he never thought bad of them. How many spitting cobras would spit on him and never said a bad word about them. This was his life he lived and died the way he wanted. The stingray was just the surprising one that got the best of him. I am sure a lot of you as me always thought he would die by a croc's doing not something as simple as a stingray.

The public will turn on them like they are piranna! They will be hunted down to near extinction. Besides they can be eaten by man. Much of the so called scallops they sell are merely rays cut up into look alike sized pieces! They are no different than any other species. They are here for the benefit of mankind. God said man is to have dominion over all the animals of the Earth for they are soulless creatures much like many politicians we find today!

No, he was there for the reason of raising awareness of animals, he would not have wanted that, There will probally be a fear of stingrays and the stigma that they are evil, But they are water creatures and we are not,
I don't think they should be killed to avenge his death,
It was sad tragic accident,
It's sad to see him go like that ...
God rest his soul xx

There are always people who will take anything to far... just like the way they did sharks after Jaws... nature is just that nature... animals do what is built into them to do by instinct... it isn't like the ray had a mind of its own and set out to stalk him down and kill him... it was a tragic accident and hopefully people will keep that in mind and not overreact and take vengeance on a beautiful species that means us no harm.

i don't see any reason why it will be so, these innocent creatures are out there to defend itself if it feels threatened, it wouldn't know and recognise Steve Irwin and went forward to shake his hands would it ?
