eventhough their blog is the most stupid ones out there? , reading a few comments told me that they are not people who the actuall person knew in their life.
What is the reason 200 people add to some boring blog?
they are not people who the owner knows in reallife.

because they just want people to think they have a lot of friends (why? i don't know -- often they are not real friends!).
so they solicit 360 connections -- i've had people solicit "be my 360 friend" but if i don't know them, i don't want them connected. Ironically, most of my REAL friends don't have a 360! (no time)

my troll accounts have more people on it that my real 360. the only people on my 360 are a prostitute and some gay guy in the UK.
