Is it normal to have an erection everytime I am close to my wife? This has been happening in the last 4 weeks. Our sex life is great, better than 10 years ago. Please advise

You are probably just in a high energy period. Something you may or may not recognize may be stimulating you that is directly related to your wife or life.
Looks perfectly normal to me but run it by the doctor if it continues for a long period of time.
