i love someone very very much , for me he is the world . but sometimes i feel he doesnt care about me , i dont know why i have such feeling , but this make me sad .

You both might be loving each other too much but you both have your own personal life wherein there might be much more things to do then loving each other so this might be the reason of your insecurities. do not give priority to your insecurities. just enjoy each moment of your life.
