I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you that the docs ask questions for your own good, and no good doctor can tell you the answer to your question without an exam, that requires to ask those questions. Doctors have an obligation to keep your secrets unless they will get you or someone else hurt. Get yourself out of the difficult situation! And, get a cat-scan!!

Sorry, but there is no way to know if you have a serious injury or not without getting evaluated by a doctor. Things I would be worried about are headaches, blurred vision, numbness or tingling anywhere, nausea/vomiting, increased sleepiness, personality changes, changes in your gait, loss of consciousness, etc.

Please remember that the doctor-patient relationship is protected by law as a privileged relationship. What that means is that anything you discuss with your doctor is private, and the doctor cannot go around telling people what you've said. The only way a doctor can legally or morally reveal what you've told her during a doctor's visit is if she thinks you might hurt someone else or yourself. My point is, get to a doctor, tell her/him the truth about what's going on in your life, and get checked out.

Just as an aside - I agree with the other posting - don't do anything that you don't feel like you can talk about with your doctor.

You need to do 3 things:
1) get out of any situations where you can not consult a doctor if you need one
2) you probably have a concussion and need to have rest, bedrest maybe to prevent longterm damage
3) realize that it NEVE GETS BETTER, they become worse, next time he could break your bones... LEAVE!
