Surprisingly, this actually matters on where you live, and how rich you are. I will assume that you are not rich, and that you live in in a normal environment with normal accesability of fruits.
In that case, fruits and vegetables cant be replaced with vitamins. the reason is simple, with vitamins you only absorb up to 15% of the stuff you consume, where in fruits, depending on the freshenss, 15%-75% of the stuff you need.
It gets expensive trying to find the vitamins you are looking for. But hey, maybe I am already an old fart at 18 and dont know a thing about these new fangled vitamins.

Vitamins are good, but it would be better to eat fruits and vegetables instead. Vitamins can not replace what nature created for us. Do a research and you`ll see why.

You can get vitamins in any health food store or drug store. However, you should not replace the vitamins in foods with vitamins. Some vitamins do not break down in your system so just eat some good foods.

I've never heard of them. But if there are vitamins for fruits and
veggies, then there should be some for meat, fish and poultry
coming soon!

Quixtar sells them. They are Nutrilite Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables [isn't that original] and contain 10 different fruits and veggies. There is also a chewable tablet. If you want to know more, you'll have to contact me at gucchipoochie@yahoo.ca

Vitamins are good... but you cannot replace the fruit and veggies in your diet. They have sugars, fiber, etc that your body needs.

sorry there is no such thing, your body needs all the complex nutrients in fruits and vegetables, you may be able to take several supplements that will give you some of the nutrients but you can't live that way. why even try? nature knows best.

look for receipes instead. you need to eat healthy to be healthy. and moreso you outta think of your son. do this for him-- not you so much. once you start eating right you will begin feeling better- then it will become a habit (just like little debbies) I suggest starting with a routine of oatmeal (every morning) eventually it will taste good. just keep doing it and one day you will miss it if you dont have your oatmeal. JUST FORCE YOURSELF_ your worth it.
