how can you read the objectives in practice teaching?

I think i understand your question and it sounds like you have to write objectives for a student-teaching lesson.
They usually begin..."Students will be able to..." and finish the statement with the skill the students will have obtained by the end of the lesson.

Example: "Students will be able to use a scale to measure and identify distance on a map."
