Where is a good place to buy a gift certificate for a woman's top?

I have to replace *suga-pops* top that I threw in the fire.

I say go to the local mall and pick up a general mall gift certificate- it can be used at any store. I usually buy them at the customer service counter. That way you dont have to guess what kind of clothes they like to wear.
