i and my boyfriend talk over the phone regarding our future sex. both of us have no previous experience. but he saya his penis hurts a little when it enlarges. i feel bad(sad) when he says so. is this normal? he says a lot of semen comes out when we talk this way. will all this decrease his fertility?

that may be minor hurt or so call uneasiness when men are fully aroused n have an erection n is wearing tight jean while having sex talk just like you n your bf, he just has to masturbate to relief himself so you don't have to worry, this phenomenon never causes any harm to your bf n his penis ! a little semen at that condition is normal but if as what he said 'a lot' mean he has masturbated, keep talking to him over the phone about sex because in future if he wishes to has 10 children, there would be no problem at all ! But if later on, you both decided to have further sex contact minus the phone, practice safe sex !

His penis shouldn't hurt and he should see a doctor.
If you are having phone sex, then yes, he'll ejaculate - that's not all semen, it's mostly the fluid that contains the semen. And no it won't hurt his fertility. Even after you are married, he'll continue to masturbate on his own from time to time - at least, most men do. If you are trying for kids, it's best if he doesn't masturbate for a few days before you reach your most fertile.

pain in the penis is not normal. coax your b/f to see a urologist for testing to determine the cause of the pain. i have had similar pain when my penis becomes erect larger than usual. maybe that's what occurring during your phone conversations. they may extremely arouse him beyond his normal size.
anyway, have him have it checked out just to rule out any problems.

it might be that his foreskin is too tight and is the problem when he gets an erection - best advise is go to a doctor (urologist) this shouldn't be painful.
