I don't know . I remember being in the back seat of it with a lamb or something . What the He!! did you put in the punch ?

I think I would check with the local authorities if I were you. Otherwise you may be committing a crime by moving it or claiming it as your own. Also, the authorities would perhaps be interested just what was served at that "party" that would cause someone to forget they had a car there. Tread lightly.

First you need to file a report with the local police. Then you have to notify them by certified letter giving them a reasonable amount of time to pick it up......if you have it towed without notification, you will be the responsible party (for the towing bill and storage) and possibly get sued.

Each state has different laws for that. But generally from 30-90 days.

After 2 weeks, i would call it abandoned. That's only if the owner has made no attempts to retrieve it and you have attempted to contact the owner numerous times.

If its not yours I say call the police now. If it is yours and you dont want it- i say drive it to the park and leave the keys in it- i am sure someone would not mind taking it off your hands for you!

You can report it right now. Someone will come by and put a 15 day sticker on it. Then when that expires they will tow it away.
