TORTURE FRANK PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND BEAT HIM TO A PULP. THEN LOCK HIM IN THE BASEMENT WITH NO FOOD OR WATER. BURN HIM WITH CIGARS AND NEARLY DROWN HIM.

i'd delete it.
if it's from someone i know i'd call them up and ask them what the heck is wrong with them.
if i know a "frank" i'd call him and ask him who's after him.
if you think it's a serious threat against a real Frank, then give it to the police.

Delete it and if it continues change your email.And remember lock all your doors and windows.Who knows what might happen next!Be careful!!!!

i would just delete it, but if i even got it again i would tell my parents if i still lived with them or make a report to the cops.

I would save it and let it go if you recieve another one i would contact the police so that they can track it...Perhaps it was sent to you accidentally..
