Depends on the individual.
Some prisoners would enjoy the facilities and the way-of-life, while others would prefer death to being caged like an animal.
But I understand that the role of society and it's representational form of govn't allows for the ultimate penalty.

I am against it to, only because i don't believe any one person here on earth is "better" to be able to kill another human. I watched Monster Ball with P Diddy and Haley Beary its an amazing glimpse of what it must be like. on both sides of the coin, guard, mother/wife and the convict. It really disturbed me. I do after that see that a death sentence it much more physiological.

not used adequate. we could desire to punish undesirable people who homicide. There are too many delicate liberals who supply killers greater rights than victims. Use the dying penalty: a million. Killing of a cop 2. Killing of a witness 3. criminal homicide 4. Killing of a prosecutor, choose, or every physique immediately on the subject remember of a case you stand for. 5. Killing of a prision defend whilst in prision. you will pay attention liberals say that the dying penalty is unfairly utilized to blacks. The argument is blacks get it greater beneficial than whites. the respond is keep it for the blacks who deserve it and supply it to the others who did deserve it, yet did not acquire it. only using fact some thing isn't utilized while it may does not recommend it may in no way be used.

I think if you kill a child or a cop you should get the death penalty. Life without the possibility of parole is good too. Yet, do we really want to house, clothe, feed and medically support these people until they die? I don't.

If I had to pick, DEATH is better than rotting in a jail cell for the rest of my life. Imagine being in your 20's and all you get for life is a 8X6X7 foot cell.
