I'm not sure, it is according to how mad they have made their parents or perhaps how big of a paddle they have.

Most adults can't run 100 in 14 or 15 seconds.
I would say 16 -18 seconds for a 100. They have short legs. I do it in a shade under 14 now, and I guarentee I can smoke any 10 year old. I am considered very fast (I play slowpitch)

It depends, a 10 yr old boy being chased by Michael Jackson can run very fast indeed.
