In "Gone with the Wind", on which page is Scarlett O'Hara compared with the wind? (I think it talks about how she is as simple as the winds that roam the south --or Tara-- or something like that). Please help me very quicky.

it appears to be in the beginning of Part one CHAPTER II

wind is not seen only felt it only makes its presence known when it is moving. Scarlett does not move or behave any differently then the wind
