wow, but this song was done like 30 years back, i thot the copyright laws allows us to use old songs. People do it, acappleas are available for downloads for free on the web for sampling. And i know quite a few popular artiste who does it, e.g kanye west

First, check the copyright record. You can do that here:

http://www.copyright.gov/records/ -- Search Copyright Records

Second, contact a copyright attorney about the next best step. The cost for a quick consult could be worth it to avoid hassles later on down the road.

Hope that helps!

Ahhh!! My ideas's frozen on the instant.. the perfect song i'm able to think of of (which doesnt rather describe my actual visual charm...) all the greater youthful Dudes - David Bowie ''Now Shizzle's looking candy, even with the undeniable fact that he dresses like a queen He can kick like a mule, that's a genuine mean team''

You have to ask for copyright permission first, to be on the safe side. If you don't you'll risk being thrown into a legal battle.

You have to get permission first if you don't want to risk a lawsuit.
