I hate to say this, but that is the most illogical question I've ever heard here at Y! Answers.

What's the point of making sex compulsory? There are lots of things to increase staff moral other than this very raunchy idea of yours.

I could go on and on... but I still have some work to do.

I think that is a horrible, sick idea. Sex is something personal and private between husband and wife. Definately not a work time moral booster. It would end up as more of a moral BUSTER!!! It would be like smoke breaks. There are those that do and those that don't. I definately would not want to have to keep covering for someone elses sex AND smoke breaks!!!!

Being bred and brought up in an culture where sex is taboo I have demoted most of the reactions. I found only a couple others more mature. While I can quite understand that ever-growing intermixing of the sexes being the sine qua non of the modern society we cannot avoid sex altogether positive encouragement to it in workplaces is not advisable. While there should not be any inhibitions over sex it shoud not degenerate to the 'shakta'riuals where the sex organs -both male and female--were objects of worship . While free sexual relations may be all right it should not go the depth of treating it as a 'religious'duty and the partners being selected at random by mixing the brassires in a pitcher and after worship throw them at random and the one who catches became the partner of the woman to whom the bra belonged. The whole thing should not degenerate to a fetish. While sex is certainly a manly(and also womanly)asset amassing too much of it(like the Hinde god with 16,108 wives did) would only lead to degeneration of the society. After the god dies some of his widows openly eloped with tribals on their way to Delhi. One of the main causes of decline of the imperial Mughal power was the Nabobs too much attention over matters sexual that matters of state.

Right well why not suggest it.
I don't think that even you would enjoy having to have sex with some ugly, dirty old or horrible person. So maybe you should think about your idea again.
But you properly fancy someone from work right? If you do just let her know and sneak of to the coping room and enjoy.
I would know =)

If you work in a brothel compulsory we be the phrase. I don't think I would appreciate my wife getting poked when she went to work. Bad idea.

Heck No. Sex was made to be enjoyed in private and in marriage. it should never be used casually or as a form of entertaniment for those not involved, ie p o r no.
