Well then you do ovualte then surely? Just you had to take birth control to induce ovualtion if I'm reading what you wrote correctly. You cant get pregnant (naturally) without an egg being released ready for fertilisation.
So in a technical round about kinda way then yes you can get pregnant if you dont ovulate naturally but as you said you need help (meds). I havent read the question your on about but no you cant get pregnant without ovualtion if you look at it matter-of-factly.

If you aren't ovulating at all, yes you can get pregnant but you would need medical intervention first.

You are correct when you state that taking birth control pills can help the ovary challenged conceived. What birth control pills do in some cases is fool the body into a regular cycle.

I couldnt get pregnant for 5 years because I didint have any periods. I have pcos.
Anyways, this year Iost 36 pounds and started having regular periods, I got pregnant within 2 months.
I think that its different for everyone.
I was at the bus stop this morning and I heard one of them talking about prenatal vitamins and how that worked on her sister.

If you do not ovulate you will not get pregnant!!! That is a fact! You can not get pregnant if your ovary does not release an egg, so if you got pregnant you DID ovulate at some point!!!

Very interesting. I will discuss this with my OB. I don't ovulate regularly, so I take Clomid to help me ovulate.
