cduniverse.com

they have albums that are out of print in the u.s too- brand new!
bmgmusicservice.com is good. bmg music club has you buy 1 cd and get 11 free for joining. all you pay is shipping and handling. if you don't want to buy anything after that you don't have to. every month they send you their cd of the month automatically unless you choose not to get it. you'll see what i mean if you end up doing the bmg thing. it's really simple. i buy a lot of music too. i guarantee you these are your best bets.

Amazon.Com's a great place for CDs. I used to do a lot of my used CD buying on eBay, but I'm doing more on Amazon now. No auction time, no bidding, inexpensive shipping & handling for each CD ($2.59)...amazon.com's been great for me so far!
