There is no definitive way to tell without an ultrasound.
A lot of women who are carrying boys will find that they start developing more hair around 3 months of pregnancy because of the introduction of male hormones into the babies' (and their) bodies. Unless you have already been pregnant with a girl, you probably wouldn't recognize it since you wouldn't have anything to compare it to.

I know several old wives tales, but unfortunately, nothing scientific other than an ultrasound. Actually, the only way that I ever heard of was when a good friend of mine figure it out before the ultrasound. She was taking singing lessons and all of a sudden, she couldn't hit her high notes. We found out that it was because she was pregnant with a boy, and the extra testosterone in her system was causing her voice to drop ever so slightly. When she was pregnant with her 2nd, it was a girl, and she was able to hit her high notes. She had 5 children, and knew the gender every time based on whether she could hit thos high notes. Unfortunately, this only works if you're a singer and know exactly what notes you can usually hit on pitch. Good luck.

There is absolutely no way to tell. All embryos start as female... they actually do not change thier sex until about two months when the organs start forming. Your heart will tell you. When I got PG I knew it was a girl. No one could tell me different. Then at five months... which is the earliest you can see on an ultrasound, I found out I was right! I'm sorry to say it but there is no way of really knowing till then.

there are lots of old wives tales floating about so dont take note of any - some say all at the front its a girl and all around your waist its a boy ! or dangling a needle over your tummy decides what sex it will be depending on how it rotates ! Bull ....... if you wanna find out ask at your scan, thats the honest way after all !

all the ways to tell are wives tales, the only way to tell is blood work. which puts you and the baby at risk. An ultra sound could work but that still is not 100%

There's a chinese folks' tale that says if the stomach looks pointed then it's a boy, if it's round, then it's a girl.

i think if your face really becomes ugly, like big nose n stuff, then its a boy, if it doesnt, then its a gal. if u start disliking your hubby, its a boy, if u always want him around, more than ever, its a gal..
Well, these are simply myths. dont believe it myself
