Body alignment (for basic hold) is facing your partner. You should be slightly offset, your right foot should be pointing in betteween partner's feet. Your face ends up being on the right side of your partners face, not exactly face to face.

Body movement: move from your center. If you need more details, ask me I'll be happy to answer.

Walk: when walking forward, start from the heel. The exception to this rule happens in International Forxtrot and in Sivler level American Forxtrot when you're starting your step from a "high" position, i.e. after a body rise.
