I would like to learn how to do it in a salon. Is there a school in Singapore that can teach you?

If it's for yourself, you don't need to do a course on it. Just follow the instructions on the package. And it depends what kind of wax you will use. Some can be heated in the microwave (Bodyshop's Sugaring), while others need to be boiled in water (the wax still in the container of course). Ask a gal pal to help you out. It's like a bonding ritual.
If you want to do it professionally, ask any beauty salon who can provide training.
