Does he write his own? Or does one of his co worker doctors write it for him?

Why would his mommy write it? Does your mom write you a note when you cant work?

Umm...doctors are grown ups...they don't need notes.

Hehe...pretty sure he has access to a lot of free samples. A colleague will usually prescribe him otherwise.

He tells his boss he is sick. Unless he is being treated for something serious, then he has a doctor that he is seeing. This doctor would then write the note.

he also sees a doctor like anybody else who is unwell. so the doctor who sees this doctor will write the notes.

why bother ask a question like this? well anyway, medical transcriptionists writes it for them. doctors dictate it through the fone i suppose, or through voice chat. or sometimes, they send recorded messages over the net.
