Yes. Indians too (India). When religous belief includes reincarnation, this can happen. You are board living a life of a janitor, put a gun in your head and pull a trigger. Who knows! In your next life you may become a prime minister. Or maybe you ARE a prime minister and got fed up with the hectic lives. Do the same and you might end up a cool headed fisherman in Barbados in your next life.
