I believe ''the artic monkeys'' will walk away with the mercury award and they would thoroughly deserve it in my opinion because The album 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' is wonderful and ''When The Sun Goes Down'' is a great track.. :-)

Arctic Monkeys are the bookies favourite - but theres normally a suprise with this particular award show, look at last year

Haven't we had this question already? Oh, that was "who..." and not "whom..." oh my life there's some pernickety buggers in the world. Nobody says 'whom' anymore, I think this constitutes language change. My answer is still the arctic monkeys, by the way.
