This is also my worst fear. Being prepared is the BEST thing you can do. Having confidence in knowing that ytou know the material that you are talking about or taking a test on is the best solution. Hope this helps!

It depends what you are afraid of failing at.

You can do one of two things I guess.

1. Fail. get it out of the way and then you do not need to worry about it anymore.

2. Ignore your fears and charge into what you are doing at full force. Do the best you can at what you are trying to do. Prioritize so that you have a few minutes to relax at the end of the day. Fix the problems that you are able to fix, don't worry about the things out of your control.

perhaps you have never failed at anything and are scared by the thought that you perfect record will be tarnished. we are not perfect, we are just human and we all make mistakes and we all fail sometimes because our goals are too high.
Embrace you fear by allowing yourself to fail at something - it's not usually that bad. once you realise that sucess and failure are so thinly separated you can really enjoy the things in which you suceed!

face your fear!!! fear is in the eye of the beholder(don't let it be you!). just think of it as challenge,then trial and error,u'l get use to it!
