I think what you mean is that you're anemic. Anemia can mean the level of iron in your blood is low.

Although eating foods rich in iron can help some, it probably won't be enough. You will probably have to take iron supplements (pills) to boost your iron levels.

However, what really needs to be done is to find out why you have anemia. There are different types of anemia and they all have different causes. Unless you treat the underlying cause, you're only treating the symptom and not dealing with the problem.

You need further evaluation by a doctor to determine a) what type of anemia you have and b) what's causing it.

Excuse me?

Did you say there's no blood in your body?

Or do you mean you're anaemic? There's not enough iron in your blood? If so, eat liver, cabbage, broccoli, lots of dark green vegetables. Iron supplements are useful too.

I hope your blood grows back soon.

You can't have 'no blood' in your body, otherwise you would be dead.
