I assume you mean live young. There are plenty of mammals that don't give birth in Thailand.
There are two species of echidna and a platypus that don't gve birth to live young.

No, that isn't true. There are 3 species of egg-laying mammal alone. There are dozens of species of whales and about a dozen species of seal that never come onto land.
