Maybe because it is what women's bodies have been built for. It sure is a lot easier than heating up a bottle in the middle of the night when the baby is screaming and doesn't care that you need to heat the formula.

Mom also will benefit from the breastfeeding by lessening the chance of developing breast or uterine cancer.

ok science has shown that when a woman breastfeeds her infant the breast milk is more nutritious and helps buld up the immune system then regular bottle feeding. also it gives the baby a sense of security and allows the child and mother to bond more.

Everyone KNOWS its good for the baby...the breastmilk is better than any formula milk today.
Another reason is that it is good for the mother-child relationship.....and if that´s not enough, its also good for the mother because it helps her lose weight and get back in shape....
but why are you concerned about it as if you´ve encountered an inconvenience?

Because that's what breasts were made for, and that's what they do ( to simply put it )

Besides that.. it's healthy, breast milk has antibodies that help keep your child well, and disease free in childhood... it creates a bond between your wife and your child, it's cheaper than formula, it's less messy than formula, and she can feed the baby whenever he/she is hungry and not have to make him/her wait for a bottle.

Breast milk gives the best advantages to the baby and it reduces colic, gas, and it has a natural laxative in it so baby doesn't get easily constipated. If she is willing to breast feed, more power to her! Be very happy because your child is getting excellent health benefits.
