becaus of the countless pain killers that they take... it makes their hearts get enlarged... and their veins shrivel... their hearts can't take it... and it stops...

Its probably due to the fact that they all take steroids...
And the stress that the amount of gym they do and the way of life they live (wrestling) has an effect of their heart

Many of them have taken drugs of some sort... half the time when someone just seems to "disappear," he or she is probably on suspension for drug use. You can get that stuff out of your system, but it can and does do permanent damage.
Add to that the fact that these guys push themselves to their phyical limits over and over again *AND* have a nightmare of a work / travel schedule... it all takes a toll on the human heart.
