I used to live in west sussex, born in chichester and lived in bracklesham bay if you know there but you can meet ppl anywhere, try pubs,clubs or just anywhere local. It's good if you live on the coast b/c you get ppl going to the beach all the time so thats a good, easy way of meeting ppl. Go to the beach!

Whereabouts are you? I used to live in Worthing and that wasn't exactly full of fun places to go and have fun...and that also depends on your interests, if you like sports for example then find a sports club and go there. There should be some interesting people about there.
Ah Haywards Heath, maybe find out what there is to do there and see who is about and start chatting...
