Netgear problems. please help?

Question

im tryin to connect wirelessly to the net. ive got a dsl modem and netgear wgt624 v2. So hook it up and the power logo is locked on a orangish-brownish light. the internet logo blinks at uniform rate and the wireless logo also blinks(green light).
But my dell 600m laptop (new hard drive and new windows 2000 installed) dosnt detect it nor does my psp!
please help!

Best thing to do would be to check the manual for the phone number for Netgear and call them for further assistance.
